WELCOME BREAK & JAMES IRLAM RAISE FUNDS FOR CHARITY
Motorway service area operator, Welcome Break, has joined forces with national logistics company, James Irlan Logistics, to raise funds for a children's charity.
Welcome Break is branding the rear doors of 30 James Irlam trailers to promote 'Kids Eat Free' at its 'Eat In' restaurants on the motorway network.
James Irlam Logistics, which has depots across the UK and its head office in Cheshire, will be passing on its fees for the Welcome Break branding to its chosen charity, "When You Wish Upon a Star".
The charity provides dreams for sick children and all of the money from the Welcome Break fees will go towards sending 100 children to Lapland at Christmas.
Welcome Break National Marketing Manager Will Goodwin, said: "We are delighted that we can get our 'Kids Eat Free' message over to the public and at the same time support such a brilliant charity."
James Irlam Logistics Chief Executive Officer James Irlam said: "When You Wish Upon a Star is a unique charity, supporting not only the very poorly children, but also their familes, during these very difficult times.
"We are honoured to be involved with the charity and delighted that Welcome Break has chosen to work with James Irlam Logistics in advertising its promotion and enabling us to pass on such a substantial donation to the charity."
