Working with the Unit Manager you will share responsibility for a thriving Eatin, you will drive and motivate your team to deliver the exceptional customer service that you pride yourself on and that keeps Welcome Break customers coming back time and time again.

With responsibility for P&L, recruitment, team development and motivation, strategy and service on a shift basis this is a role that’s about more than just day-to-day operational management - it’s about working as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the excellent choice and service that ensures that Welcome Break set the pace in the Motorway Service Areas

You will have supervisory or management experience in a busy food service environment and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service, maximise financial performance and motivate a team.
