With responsibility for P&L, recruitment, team development and motivation, profit maximisation, labour scheduling, marketing and sales, business development, strategy and service this is a role that’s about more than just day-to-day operational management - it’s about taking charge of everything that’s needed to keep a successful hotel running smoothly and help Welcome Break continue to set the pace in the Motorway Service Areas
