Q: Are there any incentives upgrading to Corporate account?
A: Contracted Corporate accounts give our business guest a guaranteed year long rate, regardless of peak season or events. Corporate rates are available on a room only or bed and breakfast basis. Credit accounts may also be available for companies with high bed night needs, further details available from hotel@welcomebreak.co.uk

Q: Will I be offered any additional facilities if I upgrade to an Executive Room?
A: Welcome Break Executive Rooms offer enhanced in room facilities for our business guest:

Q: Is breakfast included in the price of my room?
A: Standard room rates are based on room only, all hotels offer B&B rates, National Corporate rates can be given for room only or inc breakfast.

Q: Are there any Meeting Rooms?
A: Yes, our modern, spacious and air-conditioned meeting rooms are equipped to facilitate conferences, meetings, seminars, training and other professional events. For more information on availability and rates please contact your chosen hotel.

Q: Do all Days Inn hotels have free internet access or wifi?
A: Yes, this facility is free and available 24/7

Q: How do I open a Corporate account?

Q: How do I book a hotel online?
A: To make a booking, simply visit our homepage and click on to "book now" this will direct you to the accommodation homepage. This will give you details for this hotel and the opportunity to book a room.

Q: Can I check that my booking has been made?
A: Once booked a confirmation email will be sent to you, alternativley you can contact your chosen hotel directly to confirm your reservation.

Q: Do I need to give my credit card details to make an online reservation? Is it secure?
A: Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorised use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q: Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and I don't show up?
A: If you have booked an advance purchase non cancelable rate then Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked. Advance purchase rates can not be cancelled.

Q: How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?
A: All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please contact the hotel directly.

Q: What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?
A: If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to contact the hotel directly and inquire about group discounts that may be available.

Q: Do you allow dogs?
A: Yes all hotels except Days Hotel London North and Days Hotel Stansted offer pet friendly rooms, (these dedicated rooms are popular so we encourage guests with pets to book early to avoid disappointment) a small charge will be applied for pet rooms.

Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: Yes all hotels offer dedicated smoking rooms, our smoking guests are encouraged to book early if they require a smoking room.

Q: Is parking free if I am staying at the hotel?
A: Yes All Welcome Break hotels provide on site free parking whilst guests are resident at the hotel.
