Q: How do I book a hotel online?
To make a booking, simply visit our homepage and click on to "Select Hotel" this will direct you to the accommodation homepage. This will give you details for this hotel and the opportunity to book a room.

Q: Can I check that my booking has been made?
Yes a confirmation will be sent to your email address or alternatively please contact your chosen hotel directly to confirm reservation.

Q: Do I need to give my credit card details to make an online reservation? Is it secure?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q: Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and I don't show up?
Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

Q: Is breakfast included in the price of my room?
There is a breakfast option at all our hotels which varies from a Continental breakfast available at all locations to a full help yourself buffet with hot food at hotels with a restaurant. Breakfast is chargeable unless a guest has booked a package rate which is inclusive of breakfast.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

Q: How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?
All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please contact the hotel directly.

Q: I am travelling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?
When making a reservation, please make sure to indicate the number of adults as well as the number of children when prompted. If you should have any concerns or special requests, please contact the hotel directly.

Q: What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?
If you need more than 5 rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to contact the hotel directly and inquire about group discounts that may be available.

Q: Do you provide accommodation for disabled guests?
We offer dedicated disabled rooms in all of our hotels. Which are compliant with the disability act. To ensure we are able to accommodate your specific needs, please contact your chosen hotel direct.

Q: Do Days Inn and Days Hotels allow dogs?
All Welcome Break Days Inns * are pet friendly and approved by the AA Pet Friendly Hotels Guide. Pet rooms are allocated on a first come basis and are subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment as your dog will only be permitted to stay in a room that is pet friendly. *Days Hotel London North and Days Hotel Stansted do not accept pets. A small charge will be applied for pet rooms.
