Opportunities are always there for the right people to join us. If you are a Welcome Break person then we have a range of roles and responsibilities all of which bring challenge, reward and fun.

The person that leads a whole multi million pound site is the Site Director. This is the top job in a site and carries the top rewards with it. We think our business and its culture is so unique and challenging that to understand it fully takes time so we usually only appoint them from our own General Managers.

Site Directors are supported in their roles by General Managers. These GM's will typically take overall operational responsibility for a large section of a site (typically half of a 2 sided site) - and all of the challenges that come with it!

A Unit Business Manager looks after each business unit within a site. A unit can be in food service, retail or a forecourt. A Unit Business Manager will lead a team of 1 or 2 Team Managers and 30-50 Team members. Each unit in itself can easily generate 2 million a year in sales so, make no mistake, these are big jobs too.

Sometimes we recruit General Managers, Unit Business Managers and Team Managers from outside as we like to keep things fresh and we like the ideas they bring.

Of course we are always looking for great hourly paid teams to work in our busy and high profile units – always helping us achieve our goals in service and quality. We have great rates and great flexibility of hours available.

We also recruit site-based specialists in People, Facilities Management, Hotels and Finance. These vacancies are fewer but if you are interested then get in touch.

We also have an extra site; our support centre in Newport Pagnell. This is where we house the Finance, IT, People, Hotel, Food Service and Retail teams that provide day-to-day help and support for our UK wide sites.
