We actively encourage teams and customers in all our locations to recycle; throughout the year we work closely with companies and organisations to ensure the recycling of as much waste as is practical – paper, plastics and food.
Our people are our most important asset and we seek to recruit, retain, reward and develop the best talent in our organisation and continually seek to improve through training the needs of our employees.
Children In Need
Children in need is the one and only charity we support all year round, it is part of our DNA.
For the last 10 years as a company we have raised circa £4 million for Children In Need. Every single person in our business believes in the charity and supports it with enthusiasm from onsite fund raising to visiting local community projects and helping create better environments for those children that need it most.
Throughout 2017, we will continue to strive to provide services, manage our operations, drive innovation, engage with our customers, partners and shareholders, and care for our employees and communities. And will always hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, diversity and accountability.
