So this is it. January 2017. This is the month you’ve promised yourself for most of last year. The beginning of a New Year to a New You. You’ve re-started the direct debit at the local gym, you’ve booked into hot yoga, hot Pilates, hot Zumba and just about hot anything to get your heart pumping like never before. Whilst not stopping there, you’ve planned every low calorie meal choice you can think of, as you ready yourself for your new healthy living plan. A fitness regime good enough for an Olympic hopeful, backed-up by the diet of your average rabbit. Good luck with that!

Whilst we’re not planning any Zumba classes quite yet, you can still burn some extra calories on your next visit to Welcome Break. Now might be a good time to take those extra steps across the bridge to enjoy our hospitality on the other side of the motorway.
