As an essential service for the nation’s motorists who have needed to stay on the road, we have remained open with a limited offer since the UK lockdown began.
To support those key workers travelling across the country, we have continued to provide access to hot food and coffee, ready meals, microwave facilities, toilets and showers, 24 hours a day throughout this period. During this time, we have strictly followed guidance to ensure the safety of our teams and customers.
We’re now pleased to confirm that, after much planning and preparation, we are able to go further. Working with our brand partners and following Government and Public Health England advice, we are extending our food and beverage offer and have begun to safely re-open selected Starbucks, Burger King and KFC units at a number of our sites.

As we gradually reopen these brands, the health and safety of our customers and team members remains our highest priority. As such, we have made a number of important changes. On entering our service areas, you will see that we have reconfigured our layout to enable customers to navigate around the building and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
We are also restricting the number of customers in our buildings at any one time, have installed protective screens and hand sanitiser stations, and are further stepping up our hygiene and cleaning processes.
