Parking Questions
- How much does parking cost?
Welcome Break offer 2 hours free parking to all visitors, Full details on additional costs can be found here Parking - Welcome Break
Any sites that have a hotel on site offer free parking to hotel guests when a vehicle registration is logged with reception.
If you are a Camping and Caravanning Club member, you can enjoy 20% off purchases at Starbucks, Starbucks Drive-Thru, KFC, Burger King, The Good Breakfast, PizzaExpress, Subway, and Chopstix! Simply show your valid membership card at the till.
*Unavailable at South Mimms Truck Stop M25 and Rothwell Truck Stop A14.
- Can I park my Caravan/Motorhome?
You'll find dedicated caravan and motorhome parking at the majority of Welcome Break sites.
If you're staying longer than 2 hours, you'll need to pay a fee to cover your stay for up to 24 hours. Payment is taken at designated till points as signposted on-site, and our team will ask you to enter your full registration plate into our touchscreen terminal.

- Which Welcome Break locations are Electric Chargers available at?
We are focussed on improving the experience for Electric Vehicle Drivers while contributing to a more sustainable future. In addition to Tesla, GRIDSERVE and Instavolt chargers, we are in partnership with Applegreen Electric to rapidly expand the number of chargers on UK motorways, delivering high standard open access charging solutions to our consumers.
GRIDSERVE Electric Highway, formerly known as Ecotricity, chargers are located at all Welcome Break sites.

We are sorry if you have lost something at one of our sites. We will need some information from you to help us find it!

- Do you have microwaves I can use on-site?
Yes, microwaves are available at all Welcome Break sites free of charge.
- What facilities are open throughout the night?
All our Welcome Break sites are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offer Starbucks, WH Smith & Forecourts 24 hours a day. For information on opening times of individual outlets, click here.
- Where can I find out more information about the Welcome Break hotels?

We now have Changing Places facilities at a number of our Welcome Break Service Areas, you can find out which locations these are available at here.
- Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi that is accessible 24 hours. Whether you are travelling on business or for leisure, this service is available to all Welcome Break customers.
