The journey planner allows the user to enter from and to points for planning a journey or location (postcode, town or city). No entered user data is stored by the application.
Smart Focus UK Ltd provides the email address management and message sending service on behalf of Welcome Break Holdings Ltd.

Guestline UK Ltd provides the hotel booking system service on behalf of Welcome Break Holdings Ltd and holds all user personal data within their systems.

Track and Trace
In support of the UK Govt’s efforts to control the spread of Covid-19, we ask all customers using our seating areas to register their details for the UK Govt’s Track & Trace system at all of our locations. Customers can register by scanning the QR codes on posters displayed throughout our sites. Customers can also check-in using the URL TRCK.TO and entering the unique location code, displayed on the posters.
Our Track and Trace system is fully GDPR compliant whilst all data will be held securely for 21 days and then deleted unless a customer opts-in to receive marketing updates from us.
